マークは、食後に出されるコーヒーカップから立ち上る香り、食後の余韻をイメージ。ロゴに関しては、料理・デザート（パティシエールが在籍）に関して揺るぎない自信、品格を感じさせるものに。
店舗内での焼菓子、ケーキの販売時の函や包装紙へのシールなどで使用時に読みやすいロゴに。

A new logo mark was designed and produced for a café-restaurant.
The mark is based on the image of the aroma rising from a cup of coffee served after a meal, and the lingering aftertaste of the meal. The logo was designed to convey a sense of unwavering confidence and dignity with regard to the food and desserts (patissiere are on staff).
